How to get to Stockholm
It’s super convenient to get to Stockholm and you can arrive here by road, rail or air. If you travel by air you can choose between Arlanda, Bromma or Skavsta airports. We recommend Arlanda and Bromma as they are closer to the city. Arlanda is the main airport of Stockholm and Bromma is a smaller one. From both Arlanda and Bromma airports there are good transfer options that take you to Stockholm city in about 20-45 minutes. All transfer options will take you to the Central Station and Cityterminalen bus terminal (located right next to each other) in Stockholm City. If you catch a cab, we recommend choosing Taxi Stockholm.
If you arrive by long haul bus, or by train, you will arrive at the central station as well. To travel sustainably to us from Europe, please consider taking a train or bus.

How to get from Stockholm city to the kayak tour starting point
If you add the return transfer (recommended) we will pick you up on your first day 9.15 am at Hotel Downtown Camper by Scandic at Brunkebergs torg 9. This is also where we will drop you off on your last day, and it is a centrally located spot in Stockholm city. The transfer will take you to the starting location of your kayak tour, a drive of about 45 minutes. When you arrive at the starting location, everything will be prepared for you and you will have a thorough introduction together with one of our guides before setting out on the kayak tour.
If you do not add the transfer, the best way to reach us is by public transport. Go to www.sl.se to plan you trip. From the central station, you take the subway from T-centralen to Slussen. Then go to the Slussen Bus terminal, and take bus 433 or 434 from Slussen to station Stavsnäs Vinterhamn. The whole trip takes about 90 minutes. The bus have departures about 1 time per hour so check the timetable at SL to make sure you are at the kayak center for the guide introduction session at 10 am on your first day. The kayak center is located about 150 meters from the bus station. Give us a call if you need guidance!
If you are arriving by car to Stockholm, please reach out to us as it might be more convenient and cheap for you to park next to one of our kayak centers than in Stockholm city. Parking is about 180 SEK/24 hours at the harbor where the kayak center is located (municipality parking).
